Fajita (Chiken, Beef or Mixed)

We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken breast or beef skirt steak. Served with sautéed onions, bell peppers and garnished with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, corn or flour tortilla with refried beans and Mexican rice.
